Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
