All Quick Crank™ and ShadeLock™ products are shipped from Surprise, Arizona.
Processing Time
In-stock Quick Crank™ products typically ship within 1–2 business days.
Custom-made and made-to-order ShadeLock™ products typically ship within 7–14 business days. Any different production estimate will be shown on the product page or communicated after ordering.
Delivery transit time begins after the order ships. Tracking information will be provided when your order leaves our shop.
Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS Ground, depending on product size and destination.

Pickup-Only Products
Local pickup may be available for select Quick Crank™ and ShadeLock™ parts by appointment.
Pickup is arranged at the Home Depot near Loop 303 and Cactus Road. The exact meeting time and location will be confirmed after ordering.
